Do You Want to be a Bird-Dogger?

Even though I would love to, I can’t cover all the properties in the United States alone. If I could the wealth of opportunities would be endless to me. Instead, I’m offering them to you.

It’s not difficult to be a bird-dogger. All you need is a little love of research, a way to get around, a private and a public RE list, and a go-getter attitude. Eventually you will build your own list of investors and properties, but in the beginning you might want to use the foreclosure list that I use.

Then, as time goes and your income grows, you will want to begin investing in real estate on your own. You can use the foreclosure list to build your own real estate investing business and either continue to bird-dog or hand over your knowledge to someone else. It’s up to you.
