Bird-Dogger.com offers two different services for investors.

If you are the type of person who enjoys doing your own research then you will find a lot of information here at bird-dogger.com about foreclosures and bank owned properties. You may either browse through our posts until you find what you need or you can visit our database to find a property that interests you.

If you do not have time to browse through the listings and you’re looking for something specific or you would like updates in a specific area then you can request information on a specific property or ask us to do the research for you. If this information leads to a sale then you simply pay us a small finders fee of 2% of the purchase price. Our research would include finding out more about the property, obtaining pictures if possible, contacting the owners, and getting a bit of history on the place if possible. If we have a contact in that area then we would have that person visit the home to take pictures and do a visual. This would not be an inspection, just a glance at the property and neighborhood.
